Pictino: Terms of Use
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Pictino: Color Pixel Nonogram ("Pictino", "the app"), published by Oleksandr Kurinnyi. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The app
Pictino is a free logic puzzle game. Each puzzle is a grid with numbers along its rows and columns; you paint the cells the numbers describe and a picture appears. A new Daily puzzle comes every day; earlier days stay playable in the archive. The app needs an internet connection now and then to get new puzzles; puzzles it already has can be played offline.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on your devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.
Puzzles and content
The puzzles, pictures and the app itself are owned by the publisher or used under license, and are protected by copyright. You may share your results (the text summary or the result card the app makes) with friends and on social networks for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell the puzzles or pictures, include them in other products, or copy them out of the app in bulk.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
- Use bots, scripts or other automated means to use the app or to load content from our servers.
- Try to disrupt or overload our servers, or to get around technical limits.
- Use the app for anything unlawful.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove puzzles and features, and may stop the service, at any time. We try to keep the content server available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Your progress and streak are stored only on your device and are lost if you uninstall the app or erase its data.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data, progress or streaks arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the content server if you breach these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published at this address with a new effective date; if you keep using the app after that, you accept it.
